Responsibilities
- Own the full hiring cycle — sourcing to onboarding
- Ensure HR policies are clear, practical, and followed
- Work closely with department heads to plan hiring
- Resolve employee concerns fairly and promptly
- Support performance reviews and learning initiatives
- Maintain HR records, dashboards, and reports
Must Have
- 8+ years of hands-on HR experience
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Clear communication and strong people skills
- Self-driven with a practical mindset
- Comfortable working in a performance- focused environment.
Nice to have
- Experience designing incentive or variable pay plans
- Exposure to workforce planning
- Familiar with HRMS tools
- Experience improving employee retention
