About the Role
We are entering a serious growth phase. Until now, many things worked because people managed situations. Going forward, systems must handle growth. This role exists to build those systems on the people side.
As an HR Business Partner, you will work directly with leadership and department heads. Your job is to bring structure into hiring, performance measurement, accountability, and workforce planning. This is not support work. This role influences how the company runs.
Over the next 3 years, we are strengthening processes, reviewing how teams perform, and building a culture where roles, results, and responsibilities are clearly defined. You will be part of that shift.
Responsibilities

Build structured hiring pipeline and process flow

Reduce hiring delays through process clarity

Define competencies for role-based evaluation

Implement KPI-based performance review systems
- Maintain HR dashboards and workforce data
- Work with managers on performance gaps
Must Have
- Structured hiring system experience

KPI or OKR performance exposure
- Competency mapping knowledge

HR analytics and Excel usage
- 5+ Years of HR Experience / Performance issue handling experience
Nice to have
- Experience with sales team hiring
- Incentive or variable pay design

Workforce planning exposure
- ERP or HRMS system experience
- Retention framework development
