• Responsibility From Raising an issue until completion of Support Tickets.
• Schedule and plan daily calls for service team to complete the tickets within TAT time.
• Manage phone, email, WhatsApp interactions to achieve defined SLAs
• Be the direct point of contact for customers, to ensure exceptional experience and service standards
• Manage defined processed and SLAs in our ERP
• Build deep knowledge of our product portfolio and positioning to offer personalized style advice and help customers resolve the issues.
• Work closely with cross functions to resolve any problems faced by customers
• Work with the leadership team on initiatives to improve the customer experience and process standards

What We are Looking For?
Any Degree / Diploma (Technical Background will be first preference)
1. 3 - 7 year and above experience in any customer support voice process
2. Experience in MIS / CRM or Ticketing Software will be an added advantage.
3. English, Hindi and any additional regional language will be an added advantage.

• Equipment Testing : Conduct thorough testing of equipment after repairs or installations to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

• Inventory Management : Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for field service activities.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all on-site activities to ensure the well-being of oneself and others.
• Reporting : Prepare and submit detailed service reports to document work performed, findings, and recommendations for further action.
• Continuous Learning : Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and updates to product lines to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
• Travel : Be willing to travel to client locations as required, both domestically and internationally, to fulfill service obligations.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all services meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
